- 假释 là gì：[jiǎshì] tạm tha (phạm nhân)。在一定条件下，把未满刑期的犯人暂时释放。假释期间，如不再犯新罪，就认为原判刑罚已经执行完毕，否则，就把前后所判处的刑罚合并执行。
